What should I expect on my first session?

The first session is a chance for you to become acquainted with me and I to become acquainted with you. Together we’ll discuss your hopes and goals for therapy, some of your history, and logistical items like paperwork and scheduling.

How long is a session?

Each session is 50 minutes long.

What is the session fee?

The session fee is $200.

Do you accept insurance?

I collect my fee from you and provide you with monthly receipts which you can then submit to your insurance for reimbursement to you if applicable. Insurance coverage and reimbursement are specific to your unique policy and varies by carrier. If you are covered by Medicare, the process is different and we can discuss that together.

What is your location?

In-person sessions are by appointment at 301 W. Huntington Dr., Suite 112, Arcadia CA 91007. Telehealth sessions are conducted online on my secure HIPAA-compliant platform.
